Veal ragout without tomato, with the addition of porcini mushrooms and chanterelles.
Very delicate and pleasant.
This ragout is perfect for all types of pasta, both egg and durum wheat.
All the sauce is handmade and totally free of preservatives.
We use meat with natural feeds, often grazing or even wild (as in the case of red deer and venison) and we work according to tradition.
Ingredients:
Veal 68%, pork belly (origin: Italy) 8%, CELERIAC, carrot, CELERY, shallot, red wine (CONTAINS SULPHITES), chanterelle mushrooms 4%(Chanterellus cibarius) and porcini 4% mushrooms (Boletus edulis and related group) , sunflower oil, sage, rosemary, salt, black pepper.
