First time we produce ragout with 2 different types of meat, pure Trentino pork and alpine gray beef. Again we went looking for top quality meat.
This ragù is perfect for dressing pappardelle, tagliatelle or egg pasta in general.
All ragouts are handcrafted and totally free of preservatives.
We use meat with natural feed, often from pasture or even wild (as in the case of deer and roe deer) and we work it according to tradition.
