With the "Brusadine" we are going to complete the selection of our fruit preparations. We have created this line of products with fruit sugars only by replacing white cane sugar with solid rectified concentrated grape must. For cooking this time we leaned on a machine, which is unusual for us, but with the sous vide cooking we were able to remove a lot of water from the fruit while remaining at low temperatures, which allowed us to reach the percentage of 120 grams of fruit for 100 g of product. The result is a very fresh product, with only fruit sugars and with a delicious flavor. Obviously we could not avoid making some "Brusadin" flavors, so you will find three "classic" and three "special" ones. Try them you will not regret it!
