Chutney di fichi, finocchio e pepe rosa

Today I present chutney N°33 Fig, fennel and pink pepper.
Delicate and perfectly balanced between the sweetness of the fig and the acidity of the
organic apple vinegar. Perfect for cooked hams, raw hams and sensational on a slice of cotechino
as in the presentation photo. The pink pepper gives it a fragrant hint
truly unique. Also excellent in combination with foie gras either in terrine or in a pan fried sliced.
