Cherry and balsamic vinegar chutney
Today I present cherry chutney N°35 with balsamic vinegar of Modena IGP. The only chutney to be made with balsamic vinegar instead of apple vinegar. Made with IGP Balsamic vinegar from the Leonardi vinegar works and approved by the consortium.
Very creamy, but with whole cherries inside, with the red onion base it goes perfectly with hams, cold cuts but especially with creamy cheeses such as fresh robiola or taleggio. Also excellent on roasted or grilled red meat.
