Shipping and delivery
Free shipping in Italy with a minimum order of 25 €, delivery in 24/48 hours. Here you will find when your order leaves, how long it takes and what happens if you are not at home.
1. In brief

- Delivery in 24/48 hours from dispatch, in most of Italy.
- Orders by 12 noon: dispatched the same day, Monday to Friday.
- From October to December same-day dispatch is not guaranteed.
2. When your order leaves
Orders received by 12 noon, Monday to Friday, leave the Brugnera workshop the same day. Orders received after 12 noon leave the next working day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays leave on the first available working day.
For payments by advance bank transfer, the countdown starts when the payment is credited, not when the order is placed.
Workshop closures for annual holidays and public holidays are announced on the site and in the top bar a few days in advance.
3. From October to December
In the gift season dispatches slow down.
From October to December the workshop handles the highest volumes of the year and same-day dispatch for orders placed by 12 noon is not guaranteed.
The cut-off dates for delivery by Christmas, both by courier and for collection at the farm shop, are published on the home page and in the top bar.
4. Courier and tracking
Deliveries in Italy are handled by an express courier. When the parcel leaves you receive an email with the tracking number and the link to follow it. The courier may also send its own notifications by SMS or email, if you have left your phone number.
We recommend giving a phone number: the courier uses it to let you know and to arrange the delivery, and it cuts down on failed attempts.
5. Delivery areas and times
The times shown run from the dispatch of the order and refer to working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

These times are estimates and are not binding: they depend on the courier and on the conditions of the transport network. At peak times, such as the weeks before Christmas, they can get longer.
6. Shipping costs
Shipping is free on all orders that reach the minimum of 25 €. Below this threshold the order cannot be completed: the cart shows how much you still need.
For the special destinations listed in the table a delivery charge may apply: when there is one, it is shown in the summary before you confirm the order, never after.
7. Packaging and glass products
The jars are glass and each one is protected separately, with packing material and dividers, inside a box sized to its contents. Gift boxes travel inside an outer protective box, so the gift box arrives intact and ready to give.
If you mark it as a gift in the order notes, we never leave the price inside the parcel.
8. How delivery works
- Delivery is made to the street entrance, during the courier's working days and hours.
- If you are not at home, the courier leaves a notice and tries again. If delivery still fails, the parcel goes into storage.
- If the parcel comes back because the address was incomplete or wrong, sending it again is charged.
- When you take delivery, check that the box is intact. If it is crushed, wet or open, sign with reservation, writing "I accept subject to reservation for damaged packaging", and tell us straight away.
9. Alcoholic drinks and legal age
Alcoholic drinks are not for sale to anyone under 18.
When you place the order you are asked to confirm your age: anyone buying liqueurs or products containing alcohol declares that they are 18 or over. On delivery the courier may ask for an identity document and may refuse to deliver to anyone under 18.
If delivery cannot take place for this reason, the parcel is held under the storage rules described above. For orders with alcohol it is best to give an address where someone over 18 is present.
10. Collection at the Brugnera farm shop
If you live in the province of Pordenone, Treviso or Venice you can order online and collect in person at Viale Europa 24 in Brugnera (PN), in the Camol industrial estate, with no delivery costs. We let you know when the order is ready.
Farm shop opening hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 16:00, open through lunch, and Saturday from 9:00 to 12:00. Outside these hours you can come by appointment: call +39 333 499 3767. All the contact details are under contacts.
11. If something goes wrong
If the parcel does not arrive within the expected time, if tracking stops moving or if the contents are damaged, write to us with the order number. For broken or missing products we also need a few photographs of the parcel and of the contents: the full procedure is under withdrawal, returns and refunds.
