Withdraw from contract

Changed your mind about an order? Within 14 days of delivery you can withdraw here, with the online form. We confirm receipt by email.

How it works

If you bought as a consumer you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason and without penalty.

  1. Fill in the form with your name, email, order number and the products you want to return.
  2. Press Confirm withdrawal: your statement reaches us straight away, with date and time.
  3. You receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email, with a summary of what you sent.
  4. We send you the address to return the products to. You have 14 days from your statement to send them.

Before you send it, good to know.

Sealed food products cannot be returned once opened, and withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods or personalised boxes. The details are on the withdrawal, returns and refunds page.

The refund is made with the same payment method used for the purchase.

Prefer another way?

The form is not compulsory: any explicit statement is fine, by email or by letter too, as explained in how to exercise the right of withdrawal.

If a jar arrived broken or the order is wrong, you do not need to withdraw: let us know and we sort it out, at no cost.
